01 Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must be intact
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

02 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions: Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
03 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- 100% refund of the item value for returns within the 7-day window
- Refund is processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refund is credited to the original payment method
- Your bank may take additional time (3-5 business days) to reflect the credit
04 Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
